#Basic Idea about Adsense:-
Adsense is specially an advertising platform which collects ads & confirms your revenue(money).
#A place(Blog/Site) for Adsense Ad :-
Specially Google Adsense will provide an advertising code which you have to paste on your blog site.
So it is clear that you to own a blog-site. For the beginners I suggest to choice a free blogsite which you can get from the "Blogspot" or, "Blogger" services.
Now, I discuss how to frame blog on Blogspot.com.
1)First of all you must have a gmail id (if not,then sign up for gmail.com & make a 'gmail id' at first).
2)Open now the Blogspot.com.You have to 'log-in' here with your gmail id.
3)If you 'log-in' rightly, a page will open as "Sign up for Blogger" & will say you to give the "Display name" which be your nick name in the blog.Choice any nick name.Now read "Terms of Service" & click the check-box for "Acceptance of Terms",then click continue. (Do not bother to read the "Terms of service").
4) Now you are in 'Dashboard' page.Here from you can create your blog, clicking on "create your blog now" button. So click on that button.
5) Now you are in 'Name your blog' page where you can select your "Blog title & Blog Address(URL), let it be "any name".After naming your URL,check whether it is available or not.For this click on the "Check Availability".
6) Now you are in 'choose a template' page.Choose any template of your choice & 'continue'.No tension for this because you can change this any time.
7)If you rightly done,you get a message "Your blog has been created". ( It will be shown on another page). Watch your blogsite link is like this. "http:// anyname.blogspot.com".
Now, you can write anything of your choice & post it in your blog.
# How to apply for Adsense:-
Let your blogsite link is :
http:// blog.XYZ.com Now lets start.
1) Open the Adsense page.You will see at right top the 'Sign up' button .Click on this button.A form will open.
2) In the form, put your website link in the Website Information Section.For example:
Website URL: http:// blog. XYZ.. com Note that the site link must be in English generally.
3) Website Language: Choose English & Tick the two check boxes on which it is written:- [ ] I will not place ads on sites that include incentives to click on ads.
[ ] I will not place ads on sites that include pornographic content.
4) Contact Information : Select Individual for Account Type.
5) Country or territory: Select country for the Address Field.
6) Payee Name(Full name): Carefully write your proper name which written on bank a/c(or your school certificate).Because in this name Cheque will be issued and it can not be changed later.
7) Give your proper address & Tick the box where this is written: " I agree that I can receive made out to the payee name I have listed above". Also give your telephone or mobile no in proper place.
8) Read the Adsense Programme Polices & tick all the three boxes.
9) Verify all the information given & then submit. A confirmation page will come where all your given informations be shown.
10) Now select the 1st option for "which best describes you" ? (Because you have already a gmail a/c).
11) "Would like to use your existing Google Account for Adsense" ? Here also select the 1st option.
Now the google log-in box will come. give your gmail id & password. Then click "continue".If all are correct, you have to wait for two or three days. If the account is accepted Google Adsense will mail you.
# How to get Ads, etc.:-
Creation of Ad-code--> If you want to see the web-ads on your site, you have to create ad-code from Google Adsense.
1)Open adsense.com with your e-mail id (gmail id ) and log in.
2)After logging in go to accounts control panel where you can see the Earnings, Ad set up and many more options.Click on Adsense 'set up'.
3)In this page you will see three types of set ups like:Adsense for Content, Adsense for Search, Referrals.
4)In Adsense for Content page you can create two types of Ad, (1)Ad unit (2) Link unit.Primarily we will start with "Ad unit". So click on "Ad unit" and continue.(Text & Image Ads are selected here by default;so need not necessary to change it).
5) Choose Ad Format & Colors:- Select format,corner style And colors according to your choice.
a) Format:-It is actuallythe shape and size of the 'Ad'.
b) Colors:-Set text color,border color,background colors according to your site's background color.Now you may save it as "Palletes" for future use.
c) Corner style:-It shows whether your Ad may be quadrilateral or oval shaped and it often beautifies the Ad.However it is not so important.
6) Choose Ad Channels:- Here you may select your channels.If you have more than one site,then you can select seperate channel for seperate site.So click on 'Ad new channel' & add the site.
7) In the 'save get code' section you have to name 'Ad Block'.Later you will find this in 'Manage section'.So name the Block in such a manner as you can remember it in future.At last click on 'submit and get code'.
8) If you can do these properly, you will get your Ad code. Just copy the code and paste it on your site.Within 10 minutes Google will send Ads to your site.But you can not change any code as it will break the Google Terms and service.And for that case your account may be banned.
Ad Placement on your Site/Blog:-
1) Open your blog site of www.blogspot.com and log in there.
2) It is your Dashboard.Click on 'Layout'.From there you will get a pop-up window.Here you will get HTML/Java script and click it.
3) A text-box will come now.So you paste the code which you already got and click on save (as also click on save arrangement).No need to add title.
4) Visit the 'Page Layout' page and you see that HTML/Java script is added.You have to repeat the process for several Ads.You will get your Topic ad here after 10 minutes of submission.
